A citizen submitted a request for access to information, addressed to the Inspection of Labor and Social Security in Cadiz (of the former Ministry of Labor, Migration and Social Security) to have access, view and copy of the documents of a file of the Administration.
The response denied full access to the file, believing that the right to the protection of personal data and the duty of confidentiality of the information were violated.
When a complaint was filed, the Transparency and Good Government Council partially considered it, since there is a possible violation of the right to personal data protection and the duty of confidentiality of information, but it affects not the whole file, but a part of it, as established by the regulations of the Labour and Social Security Inspection system.
