SUMMARY

A citizen asked the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) for information on relations of payments and collections between that University and the Marqués de Suanzes Foundation, with expression of dates, amounts, concept and who authorizes them.

The University did not answer the request for access to the information raised.

The Council of Transparency and Good Government considered the complaint on formal grounds, given that the University, in breach of the deadlines provided for in the transparency law, transferred the information to this Council in the period of allegations without it being established that it had transferred it to the applicant.

By Decree of October 24, 2017, of the Central Court of Administrative Litigation No. 4 of Madrid, it was agreed to dismiss the appellant and proceed to the archiving of the proceedings.
