39. Information related to certain housing addressed to the Social Housing Agency of the Community of Madrid
SUMMARY
The claim was submitted without being accompanied by the corresponding request for the right of access to public information submitted by the claimant, which attested that it had been submitted and allowed the Council to analyse whether it complied with the provisions of Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance. In addition, the claimant did not provide any contact address, either telephone, postal or electronic, that would allow communications to be sent or, in this case, could remedy the deficiencies in the claim.
In view of this lack of information, the Council contacted the Social Housing Agency so that it could inform it of the request for information that had not been received and which had given rise to the complaint of the person concerned. The Social Housing Agency was not able to identify recent applications and therefore, due to the impossibility of contacting the claimant, the claim was not processed and the corresponding administrative file could not be opened.
Due to this situation, the claimant filed an administrative appeal which was communicated to the CTBG by the Court by letter of October 27, 2019.
