A citizen who participated in a selective process for admission to the Corps of Secondary School Teachers, convened by the Board of Communities of Castilla-La Mancha, requests, on several occasions, access to the record of his exam. Dissatisfied with the answers given to his requests, he filed a complaint with the Council for Transparency and Good Governance in January 2020.
Having studied the file by the Transparency Council, it is noted that the administration has given the claimant, among other documents, a copy of its examination, the solution of the examination, the indicators for the correction, the performance and evaluation criteria, as well as the review of the examination. In view of this, the Council considers that it is not appropriate to estimate the claimant ' s claims.
In the face of the dissenting resolution issued by the Council of Transparency and Good Governance, the claimant lodges an administrative appeal that has entry into the Council on September 11, 2020.
