50. Oviedo University Foundation. Information on orders, parcels, contracts and investigations
SUMMARY
A citizen requests from the Oviedo University Foundation various information about the commissions, commissions, contracts and research that have been carried out through the Foundation.
Dissatisfied with the answer given to his request, the interested party presents a complaint to the Council of Transparency and Good Governance in February 2020. Having studied the claim, the Council considers its content, since it does not consider sufficiently accredited the fact that the provision of the requested information would harm the economic and commercial interests of the companies and entities concerned, as established in Article 14.1 (h) of the Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance.
Faced with the resolution issued by the Council of Transparency and Good Governance, the Foundation lodges a contentious-administrative appeal that has entry into the Council on September 21, 2020.
