- Of these, 1,778 were submitted to the State Administration and State public bodies (27.3% more than in 2024), and 989 to the autonomous and local administrations and bodies of the CC.AA. which have entrusted the CTBG with the exercise of competence (71.7% more)
- In addition to its role of safeguarding the right of access to public information, the Council assessed compliance with the active publicity obligations of 393 entities (25.2% more) and resolved 196 formal consultations on the application of the Transparency Act, among many other activities.
- It should be noted that of the 2,234 claims resolved by the Council in 2025, a very high percentage were submitted by silence of the Administration to requests for information: 45.5% in those at the state level and 75.3% in those at the autonomous and local levels.
- In many cases, the Administration ends up handing over the information to the applicant before the Council issues its decision, but only once their intervention has taken place.
