A citizen submitted a request for access to information addressed to the General Council of Official Colleges of Psychologists to obtain a copy of the file, including the appeal, on the appeal. agreement adopted by its Governing Board in March 2017, to send communications to the Official College of Psychologists of Melilla in relation to a judicial procedure.

The General Council denied the request on the grounds that it was not public information.
